• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes and other documents for all projects.

• Supporting Contract Management team.

• Preparing Tender Notices and Request for Proposals.

• Arrange bidding

• Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and work plans.

• Corresponding with Sub Contractors.
