I can provide you exhibition assistant in following ways, please select one of packages from those:

Package 1. Find 3 companies relevant to your industry including company name, address, responsible person contact (Name, Job title, phone number & email).

Work Process:

*Do market research - I will send you list, need you select 3 potential clients.

*Contact 3 companies selected by you to reach responsible person & get their contacts.

*Send contact list to you for verification.

*All the contacts are valid after your confirmation then the job is completed.

*Accept my work report (Final contact list), I will receive $100 prepayment.

*If only partial contacts are valid, the payment should be counted on that

     For example, if only 1 valid company and key person contacts, I will get $35;

                           If there are 2 valid target company and key person contacts, I will get $70;

                           If there are 3 valid target company and key person contacts, I will get $100.

Package 2. Invite 2 target clients to your booth or successfully make appointments with 2 of them based on the contact info provided by you, if they can not participate the exhibition.

Work Process:

*Send me your target clients information list (no less than 10 companies)

*I will do market research to find key persons of target companies, send you the list.

*I will call these companies to invite key persons to have one-on-one meeting with you on exhibition.

*If they required to send invitation letter on official, then I need your help to send to them and forward to me (to let them know that I am also involved in it).

*If they agreed to meet you, I will get their confirmation letter and key person contacts (Name, Job Title, Phone Number and Email) as proof and make a copy to you.

*Please notify, I will only paid after meeting set successfully.

    For example, if only 1 client agree to meet, then you pay me $50;

                         If 2 clients agree to meet, you will pay me $100;

                         If 3 clients agree to meet, you will pay me $150;

Package 3. Assist you on exhibition for 1day, including introduce your products to visitors and do interpretation job.
