Hello my name is Imran Hashmat.I am 25 years old.I have worked for a US based warranty company earlier for almost 2 years and 4  months as a customer support executive.Major roles were providing Troubleshooting on cellphones and Pc's.Also used to file claims on all general items other than that i used to provide chat support to the customers.
